说明
Designed for high flexibility and ease of use as a standard system for quick routine control measurements as well as sophisticated temperature dependent Hall measurements for material research.
Features include automatic or manual current selection, automatic contact check, routine and enhanced software, differential resistivity measurements by I/V-curves, variable magnetic field, misalignment voltage compensation and automatic field calibration.
The standard system consists of a bench top electronic system, a small magnet and a sample stage for room temperature and LN2 measurements.
The electronics include the current source, voltage measurement part, contact switching module, magnet power supply and IEEE or RS232 interface.
